  3. Forgetting about analytics. Every company should be looking at their analytics on a monthly basis. How else are you going to be able to track whether or not what you are doing is working?

  4. Disregarding the comments section. Everyone likes to feel noticed. If you constantly have people leaving comments, good or bad, respond to them. Make them feel heard and included in the forward growth of your company.
